I had the same problem before seeing a post here. Before "adding" the accounts back to Quicken, go to Edit>Preferences>Investments and make sure "Default to Simple Investing for …3 -

Exact same symptoms here with Capital One and Kohl's (their new Cap1 card). Chase and Wells Fargo ARE working for Quickpay where they were not before the update.1
